The advance marker of the 1st (2nd) Maryland, CSA, just on the edge of Pardee Field
about 100 yards south west of their regimental monument. You can see the Union
lines through the trees at the far edge of the clearing along with the star
shaped monument to the 147th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.
