Mary Bedinger Mitchell's writings

Perspective
pages, making several additions and updates, and combining the Honored Dead pages with that section.
Also updated many pictures throughout the site, including contemporary
Library of Congress images from the 1860s.
June 2 & 3, 2007:
Continued to update, revise, and add to the section concerning
Day 1 of the Battle of Gettysburg.
May 26 & 28, 2007:
Created a section for some of the web site author's
Original Short Stories
concerning the American Civil War. Also edited several pages and added a
page to the section on Day 1
of the Battle of Gettysburg.
May 06, 2007:
Added a page concerning the grim realities of war and the
casualties of the Battle of Gettysburg.
April 28 & 29, 2007:
Updated several pages in the
Antietam and
Gettysburg sections.
April 21, 22, & 24, 2007:
Made multiple, significant revisions throughout this
site. There are too many to list but most focus on the three days of the
Battle of Gettysburg and the
Resources and Links page.

I've made some minor changes throughout the first several months of this year that did not bear listing. However, the section
concerning
Day 1 of the Battle of
Gettysburg has had major revisions and additions. These are not yet complete but
are at a point where they can be posted.
